印度对越南碳酸钙填料母粒作出反倾销终裁

格隆汇10月23日｜据中国贸易救济信息网消息，2025年9月27日，印度商工部发布公告，对原产于或进口自越南的碳酸钙填料母粒(Calcium Carbonate Filler Masterbatch)作出反倾销肯定性终裁，建议对越南涉案产品征收为期5年的反倾销税，税额为0－75.00美元/吨，具体如下：越南涉案生产商European Plastic Joint Stock Company、Yen BaiEuropean Plastic Joint Stock Company、Nghe An European Plastic One Member LimitedLiability Company、Polyfill joint stock company均为31.58美元/吨，ADC Plastic., JSC为36.13美元/吨，An Tien Industries Joint Stock Company为0，VitaplasJoint Stock Company为39.25美元/吨，越南其他生产商为75.00美元/吨。本案涉及印度海关编码38249900项下的产品。
